What it is: Interior and exterior painting — walls, ceilings, trim, cabinets, siding, decks, fences, you name it.
Why you'd need it: A fresh coat covers up scuffs, water stains, and years of wear, and it's one of the fastest ways to make a room or a whole house feel new again. Exterior paint also protects your siding and trim from Missouri's weather swings.
What to expect: We'll walk the space with you, talk through color and finish, prep the surfaces (patching, sanding, taping) so the paint actually holds, and clean up when we're done. We treat your home like we'd treat our own.
What it is: Hanging new drywall, taping and finishing seams, matching texture, and repairing holes, cracks, or water damage.
Why you'd need it: Maybe you're finishing a basement, framing out a new wall, or patching a hole from a doorknob or a leak. Drywall work is also the step right before paint, so getting it smooth and even matters.
What to expect: For repairs, we cut out the damaged section, patch it, tape and mud the seams, sand it smooth, and blend the texture so it disappears into the rest of the wall. For full rooms, we hang, tape, mud, and sand until it's paint-ready.
What it is: The structural skeleton behind walls, additions, garages, and other new construction — studs, headers, joists, all of it.
Why you'd need it: Any addition, room conversion, or new structure starts with framing. It's the part nobody sees once the project's done, but it's what everything else depends on.
What to expect: We build to plan (yours or one we help you work through), keep everything square and level, and make sure it passes inspection where required before we move on to the next phase.
What it is: Installation of laminate, vinyl plank, tile, and other flooring types throughout your home.
Why you'd need it: Old carpet, damaged subfloor, water stains, or just wanting an upgrade — flooring is one of the changes that transforms a room the most.
What to expect: We check the subfloor first since that's what makes or breaks a good installation, remove the old flooring if needed, and lay the new material clean, level, and tight at the seams.
What it is: Replacing or repairing exterior siding — damaged sections, full re-sides, and everything in between.
Why you'd need it: Siding takes a beating from weather, hail, and age. Cracked, warped, or missing siding isn't just a looks problem — it can let water get behind your walls if it sits too long.
What to expect: We inspect what's underneath before we cover it back up, remove and replace what's needed, and make sure everything's sealed up tight against the weather.
What it is: New deck construction, built to fit your yard, your house, and how you actually plan to use it.
Why you'd need it: A deck adds usable outdoor space for grilling, sitting outside, or just having somewhere to step out onto that isn't dirt or grass.
What to expect: We'll talk through size, layout, and materials with you, build a structure that's framed to actually hold up, and finish it off so it's ready to use.
What it is: Tearing out and rebuilding an existing deck that's worn out, wobbly, rotted, or no longer safe.
Why you'd need it: Decks take a lot of abuse from weather and time. Soft boards, loose railings, or a structure that just doesn't feel solid anymore are all signs it's time for a rebuild instead of another patch job.
What to expect: We assess what's salvageable versus what needs to go, tear out the unsafe parts, and rebuild it right so you're not dealing with the same problem again in a year or two.
What it is: Installing suspended (drop) ceiling systems — grid, tiles, and the framework that holds them.
Why you'd need it: Drop ceilings are a practical choice for basements, offices, and utility spaces where you need easy access to wiring, plumbing, or ductwork above, or just want a clean finished look over an unfinished ceiling.
What to expect: We measure and lay out the grid, hang it level, and set the tiles in place so you end up with a finished ceiling that still gives you easy access when you need it.
